Novolink Product and Service Return Policy

Novolink's return policy allows for products purchased directly from Novolink (www.shopNovolink.com), or through an Novolink-authorized retailer,  to be returned by the original purchaser during the initial thirty (30) day period following the date of purchase. A Novolink return authorization number must first be obtained as provided below. The refund will be the purchase price actually paid by the purchaser, verified by the original purchase receipt or invoice.  Shipping and handling are not refundable.

The return authorization number must first be obtained from Novolink's Customer Service by emailing cs@novolinkinc.com or by calling (800) 933-7188, 8:00AM to 4:00PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. (Please note that holiday hours may vary.)

Additionally, products purchased on shopNovolink.com can be returned through the shopNovolink return portal at https://shopnovolink.com/a/returns.  A return authorization will be given via email, and all other terms and conditions for product returns applies.
